Missions
“…Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you…” (Matthew 28.19-20)
We live in a world which is desperate for the good news of Jesus Christ, and as Christians, it is our responsibility to share that message. As a result we are involved in several mission and evangelistic works:
- We directly support Justin and Amanda Snyder in their work with Hacienda of Hope in Ecuador.
- We also are involved with Gospel Tracts International, a work of the Baldwin Church of Christ in Fayetteville, Arkansas. GTI prints about 2 millions pieces of literature every year, distributing them to over 40 countries around the world.
- We are actively involved with World Bible School, a correspondence Bible study program, which enables us to share the gospel with seekers from all over the world.
- We help to support In Search of the Lord’s Way, a television ministry out of Edmond, Oklahoma. Search produces a program which is shown all over the US on over 80 broadcast stations and 130 cable and public access stations as well as on the internet.
- In addition to these efforts, the Farmington Youth Group collects money to help support the work of the Emazwini Bible School in Mzimba, Malawi.
