An idea that we talk a lot about at Farmington is that we have been Blessed to Bless. This idea comes from Genesis 12 where God enters into a covenant relationship with a man called Abram, and tells him that he and his descendants will be blessed so they can be a blessing to others.

We realize that we are people who have been immeasurably blessed, but that God has not heaped those blessings upon us for us to keep them to ourselves—He expects us to use those blessings to bless others. Throughout the year, we emphasize this theme both in preaching, and also in many of the planned activities that we are doing together as a church family.
